Training & Placement (T&P) cell of SIIT provides bridge between the students and the industries of repute. Keeping requirements of companies in mind, T&P cell motivates and help students to improve technical skills and personality. SIIT has tie-ups with various well known industries. Third year students have been sent to companies for vocational trainings. This unique industrial experience allows them to have a hands-on experience on projects and exposure of the environment of the corporate.

Engineer Development Programme
The Training and Placement Cell organizes a number of technical and non technical programs for the students of all semesters. This programme helps in improving personality and mental ability of students. SIIT T&P Cell motivates and prepare students for interviews at prospective workplaces. Careful and systematic preparation is initiated and sustained through Mock Aptitude Tests, Psychometric Tests, Group Discussions and Personality Development.
Students have to undergo summer training as per their curriculum and the TPO cell helps them by arranging it in reputed industries. The students undergo their training at various prestigious organizations such as Delhi Metro Rail Corporation.
